Headteachers message

Well it feels as though spring has almost sprung! There has been some lovely sun this week, let’s hope it’s a sign of things to come! Don’t forget to change your clocks this weekend as we welcome British Summer Time officially.

This week it’s been lovely watching some of our Year 4 and 6 children working with the teachers and our sports coach during PE. As I walked around the school at various points, it was great to see so many of our classes engrossed in their learning.

Year 6 have been preparing exceptionally well for their SATS which occur shortly after the holiday. I have been so impressed by their attitude towards these.

I can’t quite believe next week is the end of another term,

Have a lovely weekend!

Updates

Friday After School Club

Unfortunately, the number of children attending Friday After school club, after 4:15pm is not sustainable for the school from a financial point of view. From After Easter, Friday after-school club will finish at 4:30pm every week. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. It was a difficult decision but does mean we can avoid a steep rise in prices. I really do appreciate your understanding.
