Headteachers message

It has been another busy week in school and I have enjoyed seeing so many excited faces every time it has snowed. I have had the pleasure of teaching in Year 6 this week and the children have been working hard in preparation for their Mock SATS next week. Having led the Achievement Assembly this morning, I know that there has been lots of hard work across the school linked to our LEARN values.

Today, Mr Clarke and Mrs Coote have attended some training that will ensure that we continue to drive improvement across the school and will enable us to have this externally validated too.

I am looking forward to the EYFS and LS parties tonight and would like to remind you of the US one next Friday- time to dig out my dancing shoes!

Wishing you all a lovely weekend.

Updates

Friday After School Club

Unfortunately, the number of children attending Friday After school club, after 4:15pm is not sustainable for the school from a financial point of view. From After Easter,Friday after-school club will finish at 4:30pm every week. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. It was a difficult decision but does mean we can avoid a steep rise in prices. I really do appreciate your understanding.
